Our monthly letters are sent via USPS to ensure safe and timely delivery. If your child's letter gets lost in the mail, they will still receive a monthly response letter from their imaginary creature with updates from the creature's adventures.

Our pen pal subscription service offers monthly letters, and you may cancel at any time for any one of our plans. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
